CRR No. 2201 of 2024 In Re: Shrabanti Biswas Mr. Harpal Singh .... For the Petitioner Ms. Rituparna Ghose Mr. Debasree Brahma .... For the State Report submitted by the State is taken on record. The petitioner seeks a direction upon the investigating authority to complete further investigation in connection with G.R. case no. 809/2017 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah and submit a report at the earliest.

Learned counsel for the State submits that another three months are required for completion of investigation and final report shall be submitted by the said time.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present application and the same is disposed of. However, learned counsel for the State is requested to ensure that the time frame stated by her is strictly adhered to. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
