The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings relating to Dhaniakhali Police Station Case No.165 of 2021 dated 24.07.2021. The said case was registered under Sections 363/365 of IPC. The contention of FIR reflects that a student of ClassXII was kidnapped. None appears on behalf of the State.

Ms. Basu, learned advocate, ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Having considered the period of time which has passed in the meantime and the subject matter of the revisional application being restricted to hearing of FIR, I am of the view that until and unless the changed circumstances have been brought to the notice of this Court, it would not fit and proper to interfere. Accordingly, CRR 1819 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
