Mr. Agniswar Bhuinya ... for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the owner of a vehicle and is directed against an order being No. 31 dated 16th June, 2025 passed by the learned Judge, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal in M.A.C. Case (Ex). 02 of 2021. By the order impugned the application filed by the petitioner praying for release of the vehicle is fixed on 25th June, 2025.

In view thereof, C.O. 2168 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Suri, Birbhum to take up the hearing of the application on the next date fixed i.e. on 25th June, 2025 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
