1. The petitioner is willing to settle the dues of the Bank as recorded in the order dated 15.12.2025.

2. Ms. Roy Chowdhury, learned Advocate, appearing for the Bank, submits on instruction, that the Bank is willing to accept a one-time settlement proposal, if given by the petitioner by 15.01.2026. Ms. Roy Chowdhury submits a copy of the exact figure of the outstanding amount, which is taken on record.

3. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Bank with such proposal within the time afore-stated, which the Bank will consider.

4. With these observations, WPA 13674 of 2025 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
