sg Ct. 6 [ Mr. Indranil Halder ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division). 2nd Court at Alipore to dispose of the Title Suit No. 39 of 2018 expeditiously.

From the order sheet appended to this application, this Court finds that several dates have been fixed for ex parte hearing of the suit. It further appears that the regular Presiding Officer was on leave and the Charge Court was in seisin over the matter.

On a query of this Court. the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the regular Presiding Officer has already joined.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite parties. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite parties forthwith.

The learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court Alipore is requested to make an endeavour to dispose the Title Suit No. 39 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible keeping in mind the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2018.

With the aforesaid directions, this civil revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requite formalities.
