Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 203 days. She submits since the police submitted charge sheet, the continued detention of the petitioner is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the Postmortem Report and submits that the petitioner being the husband was present at the locale. She opposes the prayer for grant of bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the Postmortem Report and the presence of the petitioner at the locale, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM 6068 of 2021 is dismissed.
