Ms. Halder, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in compliance with the direction passed by this Court on July 04, 2023, the petitioner has filed all the relevant documents before the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Paschim Medinipur, the respondent no. 4 herein.

In view of such development, the respondent no. 4 is directed to consider the prayer of the petitioner and in the event it is found that the petitioner is eligible for family pension as prayed for, shall take forward steps for sanction of family pension within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 13773 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
