When the matter is called today, counsel for the petitioners has handed over a communication dated November 4, 2025 issued by the petitioners to the learned advocate for the petitioners informing that the Ministry of Steel has already accorded necessary No Objection Certificate to the petitioners and as such the petitioners is intending to withdraw the instant writ application.

2. In view of the communication dated November 4, 2025 counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ application.
