Sanjib Nandy sg Ct. 6 [ Mr. Partha Chakraborty Mr. Rishabh Dutta Gupta Ms. Priti Burman ...for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiffs praying for a direction upon the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), at Bidhannagar to dispose of Ejectment Suit No. 62 of 2013.

The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that today (2nd July, 2026) is fixed for further examination of the PW-1.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite party. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith.

In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioners, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bidhannagar to make an endeavour to dispose of the Ejectmment Suit No. 62 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties keeping in mind that the suit is pending from the year 2013.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requite formalities.
