1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considered the materials placed by the learned Counsel for the parties before us including the statements of the witnesses. Admittedly no suicidal note has been recovered.

3. The basis of implication of the present petitioner is that the family members of the present petitioner abused the victim girl over phone as she had love affair with the petitioner. Charge-sheet has already been filed.

4. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, completion of investigation in the meantime, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Judge, Special Court (POCSO) Act, Ranaghat, Nadia, in connection with Special Case arising out of Dhantala Police Station Case No. 121 of 2023 dated 18.02.2023, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the

case.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.
