By this writ petition, the writ petitioner prayed for a direction upon the concerned respondents to allow him to participate in the interview scheduled to be held on 22.06.2008 for filling up of the subject post.

By efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of without any order.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
