Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that at present, the dispute between the private parties have been amicably settled and they are leading a peaceful married life.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that inquiry did not reveal that there was any scope for addition of any charge under the POCSO Act. However, a charge sheet has already been submitted being Budge Budge PS CIS No. 03/2024 dated 12.01.2024 under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Let the matter be taken to its logical conclusion. Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
