Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that subsequent circumstance is the filing of the charge-sheet. Learned advocate for the State submits that there is hardly any change in circumstance as and when the earlier application for bail was rejected at that point of time the charge sheet was on record being filed prior to the order of rejection. In any event, the petitioners are named in the statement under section 164 CrPC. Considering the materials in the case diary and the gravity of the offences and complicity of the petitioners therein and the statement under section 164 CrPC, we are unable to grant the petitioners anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM No.6049 of 2021 is thus rejected.
