Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the record, in spite of service, the State is not represented.

Under such circumstances, this Court appoints Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick, learned Additional Government Pleader and Mr. Avijit Sarkar, one of the advocates in the State roll to represent the State, their appointments be regularized, copy of the writ petition be served upon Mr. Sarkar.

The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the subject Work Education at Baikunthapur Hirinerayanpur F.C. Memorial High School, P.O.: Malihati, District: Paschim Medinipur, he is praying general transfer.

The petitioner had applied for such transfer on medical ground under the 'Utsashree Portal', his application was returned with the remarks that the CMOH Certificate

indicates that the illness of the petitioner is not genuine.

This Court does not find any reason to entertain the prayer of the petitioner.

WPA 13687 of 2022 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
