1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this bail application with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court after framing of charge for which date has been fixed on 17th July, 2023.

2. Accordingly, bail application being CRM(DB) 2318 of 2023 is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.

3. Learned trial court is directed to frame the charge on the date fixed without fail.
