It is submitted by the petitioner no.2, namely, Manasi Bhattacharya (Banerjee) that she does not wish to press the instant writ petition any further. The written instructions dated 20th June, 2022 of Manasi Bhattacharya (Banerjee) be kept with the record.

The writ petition on behalf the petitioner no.1, namely, Shrabani Chakrabarty, has already been dismissed as withdrawn on 10th May, 2022.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand also dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
