Mr. Ayan Dutta Ms. Mou Saha ...For the appellants Appeal is directed against the order dated April 24, 2024 as passed in W.P.A. 2292 of 2024. By the impugned order, learned Single Judge while allowing the writ petition directed the present appellants to allow the private respondent to join his duties as a probationer within a period of 48 hours from date.

In course of hearing, learned advocate for the appellants has submitted a photocopy of letter dated June 7, 2024 being the letter of resignation submitted by the private respondent with the appellants/authority.

Let the photocopy of the letter dated June 7, 2024 be taken on record.

In view of the submission of the resignation by the private respondent and in view of the acceptance of such resignation by the appellants/authorities under cover of their Office Memo dated June 11, 2024 which is also filed today in Court and is also taken on record, we find that the instant appeal is practically become infructuous and is thus disposed of with all connected applications, if there be any.
