Petitioners submit that at the time of inspection by the Municipality, the police authorities are never present and there is unholy nexus between the Municipal Authority and a conspiracy with the police authorities. I have considered the issue which relates to incidents of 2023, 2024 and 2025, I do not find that independently police authorities can do any act without any direction from the Municipality or any Court having jurisdiction over the municipality concerned. Accordingly, there is no scope for any interference so far as this Court is concerned.

Thus, WPA 13694 of 2025 is dismissed.
