The innocuous prayer made in the writ petition is that the representation given by the petitioner, dated December 13/14, 2021, has not been considered as yet by the respondent-authorities.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, W.P.A. No. 13692 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4, that is, the Secretary, State Transport Authority, West Bengal, to decide on the representation given by the petitioner, annexed at page 17 of the writ petition, upon hearing the petitioner and other stakeholders, if there be any, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from date and to intimate the

result of the said consideration to the petitioner expeditiously thereafter.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
