Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Howrah in connection with complaint case No. 243(c) of 2014 was not executed. There were directions by the Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Howrah. The last of the order which has been enclosed of the jurisdictional Magistrate is of 08.02.2024. Main grievance is that the warrant, proclamation and attachment was not executed. As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Pratiti Das, learned Advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Having considered the plight of the petitioner as he approached the Court in the year

2014 and was without any remedy, I direct that if the same situation still persists, learned Magistrate would direct the Commissioner of Police to speak with his counterpart for tracing out the person who has been evading the due process of law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14808 of 2024 is disposed of.
