Kutubuddin ... ... for the State It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that parties are teenagers and there was a romantic relationship between them. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits victim was a minor.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner appears to be a married man. Minor victim was forcibly married to him. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
