Mr. Debabrata Sardar ... For the Petitioner. Mr. Rajarshi Basu Mr. Subhendu Sengupta ... For the State. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against illegal construction at the subject premises. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite having filed a representation as far back as on 26th May, 2023, the concerned respondent being the respondent no. 6 has taken no steps to dispose of the same.

In view of the above, WPA 13794 of 2023 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 6 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that there is no S.D.

adjudication on the merits of the case and the respondent no. 6 shall act strictly in accordance with law.

Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is kept with the records. The respondent no. 6 chooses to be unrepresented.

The State is also directed to serve a copy of this order on the respondent no. 6 and communicate the same to the respondent no.6.
