Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the materials in the case diary. Prima facie, we find incriminating materials on record against the petitioner. From the statements of the witnesses, it appears that overt act has been attributed to the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegations, the injury report and the extent of complicity of the petitioner in the alleged offence, we are not inclined to exercise any discretion in his favour.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM No.6039 of 2021 is dismissed.
