By taking out this writ petition, the writ petitioner sought for a direction upon the respondents to allow him to participate in the B.Com (Honours) Part-I Examination scheduled to be held on 29th June, 2008. By efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of without any order.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
