Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition on the ground of certain defects detected therein and seeks further liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

In view of the above, the writ petition, being WPA 13798 of 2023 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
