In the judgment of CRA 401 of 2019, the name of the appearing advocate for the respondent No.2 was wrongly written as Mr. S.Bhattacharya in place of Ms. Sananda Bhattacharyya and Mr. Triptimoy Talukder. The names of Ms Sananda Bhattacharyya, Ms. Pritha Bhowmick and Triptimoy Talukder be read as Advocates for the respondent No.2 in the judgment of CRA 401 of 2019.

Let this order be made part of the judgment of CRA 401 of 2019 passed on 8th June, 2022.
