1. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the victim who was the mother of the present petitioner committed suicide. Learned counsel submits that the FIR has been lodged on the statements of the brother of the deceased wherein he alleged that the deceased used to call and tell that her son-in-law and daughter Seema Halder i.e. the present petitioner used to lock her inside the house and did not allow her to communicate over the phone. Learned counsel submits that other co-accused were admitted to bail.

2. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the anticipatory bail application. Learned counsel submits that the deceased committed suicide on account of petitioner's behavior. The fact has emerged that the deceased who is the mother of the petitioner committed suicide by jumping before the running train. Learned counsel has fairly submitted that it is suspected that the petitioner used to grab the money belonging to the deceased.

3. The prosecution has also insisting upon the allegation that the deceased was used to be locked.

4. The Court considers that "abetment" is a matter of investigation and trial. As of now the material against the petitioner is the statement of the de facto complainant and suspicion.

5. Taking into account, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and on subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not threaten or intimidate the prosecution witnesses. The petitioner shall stay outside the jurisdiction of Balagarh Police Station for a period of four months from this date, except for attending court or meeting the Investigating Officer.

6. Thus, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. CRM (A) 2138 of 2025 is disposed of.
