The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation which was addressed to the Inspector-in-Charge, Balurghat Police Station was not acted upon.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Balurghat P.S. Case No. 417 of 2025 dated 23.06.2025 has already been registered for investigation.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that the private respondents have been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case and the issue which led to the registration of the FIR has background of a civil dispute.

Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps, pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 13663 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
