Heard Learned Counsel for the parties.

There is stated to be consensual physical relationship between the petitioner and victim, who are majors.

Regard being had to such facts and submissions and the fact that the victim is a major girl, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chanchol in the District of Malda in the G.R. Case arising out of Harischandrapur Police Station Case No. 620 of 2021 within 15 days from today. On his appearance and application for bail he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as

deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

The application being CRM (A) 2360 of 2023 is disposed of.
