Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the materials on record.

It appears that the petitioner has substantially complied with the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 12th July, 2019. Upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner has also obtained regular bail as directed. In view thereof, the conditions as incorporated in the order dated 12th July 2019 to the effect that "he shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders", is waived. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being IA No. CRAN No.2 of 2021 is disposed of.
