The petitioners allege non-compliance of the direction passed in the order dated 13th June, 2023. The contempt application was filed on 22nd May, 2024. 2.

It appears from the submissions made on behalf of the parties that on 19th June, 2025 order has been passed by the contemnor allegedly in compliance of the direction passed by the Court on 13th June, 2023 and the reasoned order so passed is impugned by the petitioners in WPA 20296 of 2025, which is pending disposal.

Upon hearing the parties it appears that the order of the Court has been complied with, though at a belated date.

Under such circumstances, the Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt application any further.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
