Earlier petitioner had unsuccessfully assailed the order of bail before a coordinate Bench of this court in CRM 8968 of 2021. No subsequent event is pleaded in the application justifying the prayer for cancellation.

Hence, we do not find any merit in the application. The application being CRM (DB) 2137 of 2022 is accordingly, dismissed.
