Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused including the husband has already been admitted to anticipatory bail by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 3rd June, 2025.

Learned counsel submits that in the impugned order no reason has been assigned for the rejection of the bail.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the bail application on the ground that the injured has suffered various injuries including hand, throat, head, neck, however, admittedly there was no external injury.

Perusal of the First Information Report indicates that a complaint was lodged with the police on 26th April, 2025. The complainant alleged that

after few days of her marriage she was tortured mentally and physically by her husband and other inlaws for getting more dowry. It was further alleged that on 17th January, 2025 the complainant was driven out of her matrimonial home retaining all stridhan articles. The complainant further alleged that on 24th April, 2025 the complainant returned back her matrimonial home to stay with her husband and her husband strongly grabbed and thrown with a view to kill her.

In the First Information Report there was no specific allegation against the present petitioner. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of this case petitioner is directed to join investigation as and when directed by the I.O. In the event, if Investigating Officer feels necessary of effecting the arrest of the petitioner they be admitted to anticipatory bail by furnishing personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom shall be local, to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions that he shall join and cooperate in the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and shall

not threaten, tamper or intimidate the complainant or members of the family in any manner.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
