Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner was mainly the introducer of the account holder to the bank and that the petitioner did not play any role thereafter. Learned advocate for the State submits that the petitioner was named in the FIR and that there are materials against him to suggest that he is involved in defalcation of the public money. Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offences and complicity of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that the public money is involved, we are unable to grant the petitioner anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM No.6059 of 2021 is thus rejected.
