Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits on the basis of the report dated July 10, 2022 that, the petitioner stands declared as an absconder by the jurisdictional Court. Petitioner is represented.
In view of the petitioner being declared as an absconder by the jurisdictional Court, we do not find the present petition is maintainable.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
C.R.M. (A) 3177 of 2022 is dismissed.
