It is seen from the records of the case that an 04.08.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.641 Rakib information was furnished to the Officer-in-Charge of Survey Park Police Station on or about 08.05.2024 accusing that the private respondents had been trying to forcibly drive out the petitioner with mental and physical torture and forcibly trying to get her signature. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the same is a family feud being dispute amongst three brothers.

Having considered that so far as right, title and interest is concerned, it would be for the Civil Court to adjudicate the same. Additionally I direct the police authorities to oversee that in case fresh inconveniences are faced and a fresh representation is filed by any of the parties, police authorities would ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14898 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
