1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner alleges that the bank is not permitting him to operate the bank account of his father who is a senior and presently physically indisposed.

3. Learned advocate representing the bank submits, upon instruction that, the petitioner was granted permission to operate the bank account of his father and the petitioner withdrew a sum of rupees ten lakh from his father's bank account on 2nd May, 2025.

4. On hearing the aforesaid submission, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the respondent bank.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
