No other point is raised requiring address by the Court.
Admittedly, the suit has been instituted in the year 2022.
In view of nature of order proposed to be made no prior notice considered to be necessary. Service of notice upon opposite parties stands dispensed with. As per submission disclosed by the learned advocate for the petitioner, the defendants have already filed written objection against the injunction application.
In view of the above, learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Barrackpore in title Suit No. 62 of 2022 is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of injunction application subject to suitability and convenience of learned Court below, after providing opportunity of
hearing to either of the parties, but without granting unnecessary adjournments, unless it is extremely unavoidable.
Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing in the court below for the opposite parties and the opposite parties.
With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
