Ms. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there are formal defects in the instant writ petition and as such, she prays for liberty to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh. 2.

Mr. Ray, learned Government Pleader does not oppose such prayer.

Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, let the instant writ petition be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self same cause of action.
