The petitioner submits that he is suffering from Diabetic Retinopathy and the distance from his residence is 36 kms. which takes 3 hours journey. He prays for consideration of his travel.

I direct the Chairman of the District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas to consider the matter after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner when the petitioner will produce all his medical certificate etc. before the Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. The reasoned order is to be passed within a period of two weeks after the date of hearing and it will

be communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter. If the teacher student ratio is disturbed due to transfer of the petitioner, the Chairman will not take any step in favour of the petitioner.

The writ application is disposed of.
