2. It transpires that although belatedly, the order of this court has been complied with and by an order dated September 25, 2024, the applications of the petitioners have been disposed of by the Board of Auquf.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing remains in the contempt application and accordingly, CPAN 936 of 2024 is disposed of as infructuous.

4. Liberty is granted to the petitioners challenge the decision of the Board of Auquf in accordance with law, if the petitioners are otherwise aggrieved by the same.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
