None appears for the petitioners even at the time of second call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for absorption of the petitioners permanently in the regular establishment in Food Corporation of India.

It appears from record that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with this writ petition any further due to passage of time.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
