1. This intra court appeal is directed against the order dated 1st May, 2024 in WPA 939 of 2024.

2. The appellants do not have any objection with regard to the direction issued with regard to the writ petitioners plying the Auto Rickshaw, but raises an objection with regard to the place for parking the Auto Rickshaw. According to the appellants, it is the Union which regulates. Parking an Auto Rickshaw in a public place cannot be at the whims and fancies of a private organization.

3. Hence, there is no error in the order passed by the learned Single Bench.

4. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed.
