This writ petition was filed challenging the impugned show-cause notice dated 31st August, for cancellation of registration of the petitioner by which the petitioner was asked to appear before the authority on 7th September, 2021.

The petitioner submits that subsequently respondents have passed the final order on the aforesaid show-cause notice and cancelled the registration of the petitioner which is not the subject matter of challenge in the writ petition and there is no scope of interference in the said final order in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA No.14587 of 2021 is dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioner to seek remedy available to it under the law.
