1. It is submitted that the petitioner was an employee of the 4th respondent herein being the Kamarhati Municipality has come forward with this writ petition as a Public Interest Litigation alleging that the recruitment notification issued on 16.02.2015 has to be cancelled.

2. Such a prayer cannot be entertained for more than one reason, firstly, the notification date was of the year 2015. Secondly, the petitioner was also an erstwhile employee of the Municipality and after retirement from service has come forward with this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed.
