1. Present case was registered in July, 2023 on the complaint of A.S.I. Dhananjoy Biswas for the offence under Sections 399 / 402 IPC. The investigation has already been completed. The chargesheet has been filed.

2. Learned counsel for the State has fairly submitted that the names of the present petitioners have appeared in the statement of co-accused. The co-accused have already been admitted to bail.

3. Let the petitioners join the investigation as and when directed by the I.O.

4. In the event of I.O. feels the necessary of effecting the arrest, both the petitioners, namely, Safikul Mondal and Sahanaj Mandal may be admitted to anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) with two surety of like amount of each, one of whom must be local, subject to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer and also subject to the conditions that the they shall not threaten, intimidate or tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner and they shall cooperate with the investigation.

5. Prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. Hence, CRM (A) 2125 of 2025 stands disposed of accordingly.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
