Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain technical errors and misstatements made in the writ petition, for which the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to sue afresh.

Accordingly, WPA No. 13835 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action. There will be no order as to costs.
