These matters have come up at the instance of the parties pointing out that due to inadvertence in the order dated 23rd June, 2023 instead of direction for paying cost of Rs.10,000/- in each appeal, it has only recorded as cost of Rs.10,000/- without recording that the said cost was for each of the appeals. Let the aforesaid order dated 23rd June, 2023 be corrected accordingly and be treated as part of the order dated 23rd June, 2023.

It has also been pointed out by the parties that all the dates of the five appeals were different, but only one date has been recorded as if order of all the appeals were same. It is clarified that dates of each appeal will be different according to its date of order. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
