Ayaan ... for the private respondent(s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is unable to carry out his professional work because of the respondent nos. 5 and 6 who are disturbing the petitioner by damaging the drain pipe on the side wall and also by striking the floor with heavy metals resulting damage to the ceiling of his chamber.

To that effect, an information was furnished with the Officer-in-charge of park Street Police Station.

Learned advocate for the

respondent no.6 disputes and denies the contentions advanced on behalf of the petitioner and submits that a civil suit has given the colour of criminal nature and the police authorities have been unnecessarily invited to interfere in the circumstances.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report, which reflects that on 2nd April, 2024, the Park Street police station received a complaint from the present petitioner, thereafter, conducted an enquiry and informed the KMC authority.

Further, the police station informed the private respondent(s) and cautioned them not to commit such mischievous act.

Having considered that the police authorities are already in knowhow of the situation regarding the alleged nuisance being taken place, I direct the police authorities to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place as also no untoward

incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14893 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
