Case No. 20 of 2016 dated 24.01.2016 under Sections 498A/506/509/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Sealdah. As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
